Back from Denver - Plans for this week

Okay, Now that I am back from Scranton PA, which isn't exactly what I would call "runner-friendly", I'm heading back to the East Coast where I'm pledging today to run everyday for the next week.

I ran 3 out of the last 4 days so I'm working up well and my lungs are pretty much adjusted to the weather. Honestly, you should just suck it up for a day, run a mile or two in the cold, and get used to it that way. If you're waiting for the weather to get above freezing, you might be waiting a while. It's just that first run that you have to get over and then you'll be fine.

Anyway, on another note, I went and bought some under armor thermal gear, it's basically this really tight-fitted (don't get all hot and bothered on me) turtle-neck that I wear under my other clothes when I'm running and it keeps me all snug as a bug in a rug. I highly recommend it for some serious winter running, which we will be doing plenty of.

Okay, I'm done posting. Talk to you later - Seth
