first week back

Stretching after a short warm-up is good, we used to do that in track all the time. I think a half mile or so should do it, then stop, stretch and keep going. This will be my first week back on the running circuit, hope it goes well. Aiming for about 2 tonight and of course it's snowing and flipping freezing out. I will let you know how that turns out. I've decided to write in this Trebuchet font and use this color to help differentiate our posts a little bit, make it a bit more personal. Hope you slept well and are feeling better!
