Week 2 of training - appoximatley 15 miles ran

Okay -

Here is my first entry for the blog. I ran 6.5 miles today on the bike path around my house. As usual, the first couple of miles were hard to get into but I finished strong and at about a nine minute mile clip.

I'm debating starting the process of running a mile or so, stopping and stretching, and then starting again as the most cramps I get is in the beginning that I have to struggle through before I really warm up. Thoughts?

Anyway, all in all, it was a good run. I'm not feeling so well so I'm hoping to get a good night's rest and get in a good four miles for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of this week.
