Thanks for the tip on the Under Armor, I've been considering that for some time, actually. I have quite a few top layers, but not a lot of good base layers. I'll look into the price and see if I can hack at least a shirt. I have a few pairs of tights I've been using for some years that have worked well on the bottom.

And I will suck it up, don't worry. The thought of it hurts my lungs, but you do make a good point - the sooner I get used to it the better. Have you given much thought to the strength training yet? Oh, and I think you mentioned you do yoga, definitely keep it up. Really helped in my second half, especially with my hips - they used to get super tight. I have a power yoga video that is pretty cool, but I can only get through 30 minutes of it, kinda tough stuff. Definitely helps, though. I will get out and run outside this week - the goal is 4 times outside. I made up a schedule to help keep me on track. Brrrrrrr..........
